HR Advisor – 12 month FTC
Are you a HR advisor who has worked in professional services environment and is looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking for a new challenge with exciting opportunities? Are you wanting to work for an established professional services company?
Network HR are excited to be working alongside a global professional services firm who are looking for an interim HR advisor. The successful candidate will work from their Birmingham based office and will report into the Group HR manager supporting all HR matters to specific teams.
• To liaise and create strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide advice and support on all issues within the designated team
• Provide wider HR support to larger projects
• Advising senior members of the team on policies/procedures
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of dealing with all levels of team members
• Strong HR generalist experience within a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
• CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
