Human Resources Business Partner – 9 month FTC

East / Central London

Salary of c. £65,000 per annum plus benefits

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who would like the opportunity to work for a thriving global company that is recognised internationally for its excellence and innovation?

Job purpose:

Network HR are delighted to be working alongside a market leading service company, to assist them in finding a new HR Business Partner, who will join their team in London on a fixed term basis. The post holder will provide a variety generalist of HR expertise and guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide commercial, pragmatic and proactive HR solutions

• Ability to work operationally as well as produce innovative new strategies to enhance the performance of the organisation

• Work with HR Centres of Excellence and the HR Shared Services

• Provide change management expertise to ensure all changes are implemented efficiently

• Manage activities that enhancing employee engagement and performance

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

• Preferably from a Facilities Management / Healthcare / PFI background

• Experience with critical contracts as well as an understanding of how to develop them

• Exposure to a unionised environment

• Experience with TUPE / Integration activities

• Commercial prowess
