NetworkHR are delighted to be working exclusively with a large and well established financial services client who are seeking a Head of Reward and HR Operations to join a successful HR function.



The role of Head of Reward and HR Operations will see you directly report into the Head of HR, UK whilst managing 2 direct reports. This newly defined position will see your primary responsibility be owning the full reward agenda with additional requirements to lead on all HR governance and HR operational risk management for the UK branch.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

If successful, you will be responsible for

• Leading on the operational processes to deliver on the global reward strategy with the ability to enhance and shape the agenda to suit the UK business

• Ensuring full compliance with the FCA Remuneration Code

• Leading on the UK gender pay reports and supporting HRBP's with benchmarking

• Holding responsibility for strategic analysis, recommendations, implementation and annual reviews of the appropriate employee benefits package

• Overseeing the administration of annual reviews of benefit plans and pension schemes

• Developing and reviewing the HR processes and procedures to ensure they are consistently administered throughout the organisation

• Maintaining accountability for ensuring the accuracy of data between the payroll and HR database systems

• Overseeing the HR governance on processes and procedures





KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



• Prior experience working in an FCA regulated environment

• Strong Reward, Ops and Governance skillset with technical expertise in operational reward cycles and processes

• Exposure to a matrix business

• Ability to build strong working relationships

• Good managerial and communication skills with exposure to a team of c.10 in size
