Reward Manager - 6 month FTC

Network HR have been commissioned by one of the leading, most progressive commodity brokers in the city, who is looking to appoint a Reward Consultant for an initial 6 months FTC (likely to be extended to 12 months)

Role: Reward Consultant

Salary: upto £100k plus bonus

Location: London/remote

A brilliant opportunity to step into a market leading financial services firm to own the FCA remuneration requirements (CRD IV) implement a reward framework in partnership with external providers where appropriate and support in benchmarking activities to support in an exciting global growth agenda.

You'll work as part of a very closely-knit team HR team who have board representation from a fantastic CHRO and a track-record of collective success.


Breadth & depth of FCA Rem Code understanding (CRD IV)

Experience of setting up & owning RemCo policies and frameworks in an FCA regulated environment – ideally in an SME.

International exposure would be advantageous

Sector experience will be financial services – ideally exposure to a broking firm, or an organisation (such as a bank) who also provide this service, albeit this isn't mandatory so long as you are an expert in the FCA regulated market.

Exposure & understanding of variable compensation schemes.

Demonstrable experience of operationally executing to a high standard.

Previous experience of overhauling processes to evolve the reward offering would be advantageous.

Experience of operating successfully in a small – medium size organisation to demonstrate autonomy and an ability to cover the full Reward spectrum.

Experience of working successfully with third parties (legal firms, consulting firms etc)
