Interim Reward Specialist
A leading organisation with a truly UK presence is seeking an interim Reward Specialist to provide expertise on project for a period of 3 months.
With the business going through job evaluation process, my client is eager to bring on board a seasons and highly capable Reward professional who can add value to the function and the project.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have recently (in last year) used Korn Ferry (Hay) job evaluation methodology;
- Be able to apply reasonable assumptions or decode information in job profiles / organisation structures should there be some ambiguity or missing information;
- Familiarity with broad band pay structures and application of market data that is under-pined by a JE assessment.
My client will consider candidates anywhere in the UK as long as you have a good internet connection, can work remotely as part of a team, and happy to commit to a contact for an initial period of 3 months.
