HR Generalist – 12-month FTC
London, flexible working
£40,000 per annum
Network HR are working exclusively with a high-touch Insurance firm to support with the hire of a HR Generalist to join their closely-knit, high performing team whilst reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering.
Responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to;
• Support the implementation and imbedding of a new ATS
• Lead on recruitment administrative and coordination activities
• Contribute to the broader talent agenda and link with D&I agenda
• Manage the PSL
• Carry out direct sourcing activities
• Support with generalist HR Admin and Coordinator duties
The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;
• An understanding of the functionality of an ATS and its usability is advantageous
• Prior exposure to direct sourcing and utilising job boards, LinkedIn etc.
• Experience within a similar financial services firm, ideally insurance
• Must be immediately available
• In-house recruitment experience is required
