HR Officer (part time)

An exciting manufacturing business with an unrivalled reputatrion in the industry is seeking a commercially focused HR Officer who, due to a sizeable up turn in business, is seeking a part time HR Officer on an 12 month fixed-term contract.

Based at site in a standalone capacity and supporting c70 employees and reporting to a HR Manager based at Head Office, you will provide a truly hands on generalist service to the business on either a 2 or 3 day week.

Due to the needs of the business, you will be a confident HR practitioner comfortable and experienced in dealing with complex ER issues.

To be considered for this role you will:

Be able to evidence having successfully managed high volume and complex ER cases in a face to face capacity;
Have a track record of providing a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base;
Be able to commit to the full 12 month contract;
Be happy to work on a part time basis;
Be Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified.
