A leading Midlands based organisation is seeking a highly accomplished, commercially astute HR Business to join a HR function going through an exciting period of change and transformation. As such the HRBP will be responsible for providing a generalist service to the business whilst managing and delivering a number of projects to ensure these changes take place with buy in secured from the business.

Whilst a generalist role, a key focus of the HRBP will be to run with and focus on L&D across the business. You will have the opportunity to lead on multiple initiatives designed to improve the professionalism of the company’s L&D program. Particular focus will be on:
- succession planning and talent development,
- digital offerings,
- sales force and leadership training and development
- implementing a standardized process for training approval.

To be considered for this role you DO NOT have to be an L&D professional, rather a generalist Business Partner that has a real interest in L&D and understands the benefits it can bring to an organisation. You may have worked closely with an L&D function in order to have gained experience, exposure and an understand of what good looks like. Ultimately, you will need to be creative in terms of the creation and delivery of this agenda.
