Interim HR Officer – 6 months

A leading food production business is seeking a capable HR Officer to join the business for a period of 6 months. Working within this fast paced environment, you will provide a generalist support to c900 employees.

Reporting to the HR Manger you will act as a first point of contact for all HR issues, whilst being involved in the entire HR lifecycle. You will also be involved in working on a number of HR projects , and as such, you will be expected to deliver within this fast paced setting.

To be considered for this role you will be:

• CIPD Level 3 or 5
• Experienced in having working within a manufacturing environment; however, exposure to a blue collar environment is applicable;
• A true HR Generalist.
