Interim HR Business Partner at Waterlogic UK

I started my search over a year ago, I had just finished a contract at Babcock and was looking for another role in HR. I’m quite difficult as I’m quite choosy and my skill set doesn’t exactly fit into all jobs as I fall in between a senior BP and a Senior HR advisor, I was also looking for a role that was not a long commute.
Matt was tenacious in running roles past me, giving me advice and excellent knowledge on the role and company, unfortunately during my search I had a bereavement and took time out, when I was ready to begin searching again I contacted Matt and again he went above and beyond to find roles, suggest options.
A friend recommended me for a role and I started working for Avara in March this year, whilst this role was permanent, the 24 hour nature of food manufacturing wasn’t for me and I took the decision to leave in July, again my first call was to Matt who took the challenge on to find me a great role, the first recommendation I didn’t feel was me and I believe most recruiters would have then not pursued a further search but in quick succession Matt arranged 3 interviews, again coaching and making sure I had every opportunity for success. Matt even made a colleague call me to let me know there had been an accident on my route on the day of the interview.
I have now been offered a role at Waterlogic and this wouldn’t have happened if not for Matts perseverance.
Matt has been professional, friendly with fantastic interpersonal skills and he has performed the miracle of finding me a fantastic role.
Hopefully I won’t need a job in the near future, but want to give heartfelt thanks for all his help.
